This is a very universal machine, being able to machine 4 sides of your job accurately in one set up. Machine the first side then rotate the table by hand to the setting and locking pin and machine the next side. So whether you are boring or just wanting a big CNC milling machine this machine is ideal. We are proud of our broad knowledge and understanding for in production methods. The Semco CNC Horizontal Borer comes with the leading Fanuc 0i MF control with the added standard option of Manual Guide i to make programming easier.

All the axis are servo driven AC motors on to C3 ballscrews from HiWin with Linear rails also from Hiwin giving these machines great speed performance and great accuracy. All the Ball Screws & slides are automatically lubricated to aid a reliable long life.

Delivery and installation.
Our delivery companies can deliver your machine and offload it with a variety of ways. Then either drive it in with a versa lift or skate it in to position. Then once its there our fully trained engineers will level and commission it. Once this is done we will train you in its operation.
